Privacy policy
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is JAZON d.o.o., as listed above. For any question about your data, write to us at booking@jazon.hr.
Inquiry form
When you send an inquiry, we process the data you enter: name, country, email address, phone number, preferred dates, number of guests, type of accommodation and your message.
We use it solely to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible booking (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). The inquiry reaches us by email. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Visiting the website
On every visit the server automatically logs technical data: IP address, time of access, requested page and browser type. These logs serve the security and proper operation of the website (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are kept briefly by the hosting provider.
Cookies and external content
The website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts are loaded from our own domain.
Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation) and part of the content from the Sanity content management system. These providers can see your IP address in the process.
Processors
To run the website we use the services of Vercel Inc. (hosting), Resend (sending emails from the form), Sanity Inc. (content management) and the email provider of the jazon.hr domain. Vercel, Resend and Sanity operate from the USA; data transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data as long as needed to reply and handle the booking. If you stay with us, we keep it as long as required by law (guest registration, accounting). Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Send your request to booking@jazon.hr.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.
